The aparthotel is located in the perfect area, near everywhere. You have literally everything around you . Shops, restaurants, sightseeings… It’s a comfortable environment and during the evening and night it was very quiet which is very important because we were going to rest after a busy day walking around in the city.

Rooms were very clean and nice. Enough space to put away your clothes also. Have everything you need . Staff was also very nice and communication really fast and they answered even in late evening hours. I recommend 👌🏽

Although initially given the wrong room, the studio apartment which we had booked and eventually transferred to was stylish, very comfortable and in a great location for many historical sites, bars and restaurants. It had everything needed for simple self-catering and relaxing. Good comfy bed with nice bed-linen and towels. We arrived by train which was a 25 minute walk away. A great coffee/gelato place across the road and plenty of other places nearby to eat/drink. Ivan and Rosada both very helpful and friendly. .

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Palermo. The location is excellent, a ten minute stroll to the centre with shops etc., and only a few minutes walk to the port. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was extremely friendly and helpful - she even met us on the street one day while we were waiting for an uber to ask if everything was ok. Breakfast was served every morning to our room - we had to text the night before to tell the host what we wanted and it arrived every morning - delicious pastries and tea/coffee. Great air conditioning which was needed as it was extremely hot! Would definitely recommend.

A nice comfortable apartment in a good location. Close to the port area which can feel a little dirty and unsafe but keep walking to the marina area which is lovely. Probably 30mins walk to the cathedral, an easy flat walk with lots to see on the way. Apartment had a comfortable bed, spacious lounge area and a nice kitchenette/dining area. Plenty of storage. Nice modern bathroom. Can request room to be cleaned and fresh towels of you want. Breakfast was included and a nice selection brough to our room. Very secure apartment with code and key for entry.

Staff was very nice and helpful, simple breakfast provided every morning (options of coffee, tea, cornetto, juice, hardboiled egg, toast, yogurt with cereal, etc.). Good apartment size, very comfortable bed with foam mattress, kitchen small but decently equipped. Nice size bathroom with big shower, tons of hot water and lots of counter space. Huge closet area for luggage and clothes. Baby crib requested and provided. Quiet location with multiple little balconies and decently soundproofed windows. OK location in proximity to most attractions and good restaurants (most were walkable). Elevator on site. Daily housekeeping available.

Beautiful room, reaaallly nice bed with good pillows and sheets! The shower was also very nice! The airconditioning was thankfully working properly so our room was always at a good temperature. The staff deserves a 10/10. Very good communication, they almost respond immediately on whatsapp en they deliver your custom breakfast at your room! Would definitely recommend this hotel :))

Great location, easy to check in. The room was comfortable with en suite bathroom, comfortable large bed. Large windows with a balcony, lots of light. Heavy curtains make it possible to completely darken the room for sleep. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

The location felt very local and residential but close enough to the old city centre and only a very short walk away from the hop on hop off bus. The apartement was super spacious and the bed was really comfy if you like a soft set up. The balcony was a cute addition.

The location is perfect.Walking distance to all the major parts of Palermo. Lots of exceptional restaurants close by. The check in was very easy and the apartment was spacious and very well laid out. The staff were extremely responsive to any questions and breakfast arrived at exactly the time we requested each morning. We would certainly stay here again and recommend.
